About

Katia has been in the beauty industry for 20 years, initially working with Lancome, Christian Dior cosmetics, NARS and MAC.  As a result of her passion with makeup, she felt challenged to learn more about skin health which led her to begin her studies at Ivonne De Vilar, a well-recognized school for aesthetics and make up in Northern Virginia. Her studies enlightened her knowledge and love for the beauty industry. She was a proud graduate of her school in 2006 and has continued to further her education and certifications through The International Dermal Institute, Skinceuticals, Alexandria Sugaring and GM Collins skin care.

 

She has gained work as a free lance make-up artist for bridal parties and special events. Katia travels to weddings all over the DMV.

 

Her goals are to provide her clients with individualized skin care knowledge, individualized product knowledge and internal practices to achieve healthy skin. Katia will customize a skin plan for each person as all skin types vary and constantly change with age, environment, habits, health, and emotions. 

I want to empower women and men with the understanding of how to take proper care of their skin.

 

Clients will be greeted into a relaxing environment allowing their daily worries to melt away with her very gentle touch and knowledge.
